Klarity Default vs User Templates
Klarity maintains a library of templates we continuously update and refine. To view Klarity generated templates or your own custom templates:
- Navigate to the 'Templates' section from the left sidebar.
- Use the 'Source' filter dropdown:
'Klarity templates' (read-only) are identified by a Klarity logo.
- 'User templates' (editable) have no logo.
- Open a default template.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select 'Make a copy'.
- Enter a new name for your copied template.
Edit AI-Driven Sections with the AI Prompt Editor
1. In the template editor, identify a yellow-highlighted AI section.
2. Click the purple sparkly 'Edit AI prompt' button on the corresponding section card in the 'Template Sections' panel.
3. In the 'AI Prompt Editor' modal, modify the 'Section Title', 'Header Type', 'Section Type', or the 'AI Prompt' text.
4. Check/uncheck 'Include screenshots in this section'. 5. Click 'Save'.
Customize the Template Layout
1. Use the main document editor to change fonts, colors, and branding.
2. Navigate to the 'References' tab in the top toolbar.
3. Click 'Table of Contents' to insert an auto-generated table of contents.
4. Click the 'Save Changes' button.
