As of approximately 12:00 AM Pacific Time, Amazon Web Services (AWS) began experiencing a major outage that is impacting a wide range of AWS services globally. Since Klarity’s infrastructure is hosted on AWS, some Klarity services may experience intermittent disruptions or latency.
This outage also affects several AWS-dependent services we leverage, including:
AI services (such as Amazon Textract)
Third-party integrations (Anthropic, Workato, Okta, MongoDB, etc.)
Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with AWS and our service partners to mitigate impact. We will provide updates here as AWS restores functionality.
